3. Account Responsibilities

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

We reserve the right to investigate suspicious transactions, request source of funds documentation, report suspicious activity to relevant authorities, and freeze or terminate accounts involved in suspected money laundering activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAS8NO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Gambling losses incurred through gameplay;
• Technical malfunctions, errors, or interruptions in service;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data;

cas8no's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or One Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 1,000), whichever is greater.

You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you may lose money. cas8no provides entertainment services and does not guarantee winnings or positive financial outcomes.

9. Account Termination

9.1 Termination by User

You may close your cas8no account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds subject to standard withdrawal procedures and requirements. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.

9.2 Termination by cas8no

cas8no reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• Fraudulent activity, cheating, or collusion;
• Provision of false or misleading information;
• Creating multiple accounts;
• Abusive behavior toward other users or staff;

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination or suspension, your right to use the platform immediately ceases. cas8no reserves the right to withhold any withdrawable balance if account closure results from Terms violations or fraudulent activity. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of cas8no services that cannot be resolved through customer support shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

11. Changes to Terms
